Bruce Campbell's 'Managing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia' (2010)

Bruce Campbell's follow-up publication to 'A patient's guide to CFS and FM' (2006) encourages people to learn how to manage their pain, fatigue and sleep; pacing; control stress; use problem solving; minimise relapses; manage emotions; and improve relationships. The book is also the key tool in ME/CFS Victoria's self help courses.

Byron Hyde's 'Missed Diagnoses', 2nd edition (2010)

Thirty years ago when a patient presented to a hospital clinic with unexplained fatigue, any medical school physician would have told the students to search for an occult malignancy, cardiac or other organ disease or chronic infection. The original concepts of searching for occult disease are relevant to patients today with CFS, ME and other fatiguing illnesses.

Sarah Myhill's 'Treating and Diagnosing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome' (2010)

This book contains most of those things which chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) patients must do to get well.  Its aim is to give all CFS sufferers and their therapists the knowledge and the access to tests to get themselves on the road to recovery.
