New article by Maes and Twisk concerning CBT and GET

A recently published article by Maes and Twisk (2010) discuss the deficiences in an article published by B. van Houdenhove and P. Luyten who claimed that cognitive behavioral therapy and graded exercise therapy (CBT/GET) are evidence based and are the most adequate treatments to control symptoms and improve quality of life of patients with myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS).

Applying for the DSP can be a very difficult and stressful experience and we want to help as much as possible.

Please help us increase the awareness of ME/CFS by arranging a display in a locality near you - at a library, community house, health service or information centre! Help us reach our aim of having the display placed in over 100 locations throughout Victoria, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory in 2010 or in any other location our members may live.
