Health Practitioners Directory

ME/CFS Australia (Victoria) holds a list of health practitioners who are supportive or have some knowledge of ME/CFS. Practitioners in the directory are those in which one or more of our members have had a positive experience with in regards to the diagnosis, treatment or management of their ME/CFS. The directory includes specialist physicians, GPs, psychologists, naturopaths and a number of other health professionals.

When looking for a health practitioner from the directory, please be aware that:

• Information from the Health Practitioners Directory will only be given out over the phone by calling the Support and Information Line on (03) 9791 2199. Information will not be provided by email.
• The majority of health professionals in the Directory will not treat ME/CFS. Most have an understanding of the condition and are able to provide support only.
• The provision of a health practitioner's name and contact details by ME/CFS Australia (Victoria) does not constitute a recommendation of that doctor.

If you have had a positive experience with a health practitioner, please contact the office on (03) 9791 3100 and let us know. We will contact that practitioner to request their permission for inclusion in the directory.
