Short courses to support people with ME/CFS in managing their condition.
Self Help Course on Managing ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia
'Self help' courses provide strategies for those with ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia to help improve the quality of their lives, and are based on the text ‘The Patient’s Guide to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia’ (2006) by Bruce Campbell. ME/CFS Australia (Victoria) run these courses several times a year in person and via teleconference (with the option of Skype).
Course cost: Members $120, Non- members $160 (includes a book valued at $30).
Bookings required: ME/CFS Australia (Victoria) office on (03) 9791 3100, places are limited to 8. Credit card information will be required when booking to secure your place.
Next session: Thursdays for six sessions over eight weeks, October 14th 2010, October 21, November 4, November 11, November 25, December 2, 11.30am-1pm.
Format: In person, at the Dandenong office. (An option to join via phone/Skype is available for those unable to attend in person).

Groups for Parents of Children, Teenagers and Young Adults with ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia
Groups for parents of children, teenagers and young adults are one-off, informal discussions allowing parents an opportunity to share ideas and strategies to support their child, teenager or young adult with ME/CFS and/or Fibromyalgia.
Cost: Members $10, Non-members $35
