The Support and Information Line is available to provide referral, practical support, information or a 'listening ear' for people to talk about their ME/CFS or that of a friend, family member or patient.
If the Information and Support Line is unattended, please leave a message on the answering machine and a volunteer will get back to you as soon as they can. For immediate crisis situations, please call Lifeline on 13 11 14, or the 'Life Goes On' telephone support line for people who are seriously ill and those who care for them on 1300 364 673.

- The Support and Information Line is not a crisis line. If you are in an immediate crisis situation and require urgent support, please call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
- Volunteers and staff at ME/CFS Australia (Victoria) are not medical practitioners and therefore are unable to provide medical advice.
